As a mentor I will not only question you for the goal of self discovery, but I'll also share my own experiences and skills with the you.

An effective mentor is both a source of information/knowledge and an expert questioner.

In my capacity as a coach I bring a set agenda to the relationship.

This agenda is designed to reinforce or change skills and behaviors. We'll establish objective and goals for each discussion.
